The caps are made by the non-profit organization “Unternehmen Chance” in Lindau.
We ship climate neutral!
We charge a flat rate of €4.99 per order for shipping to Germany (except for beanies, for which we charge €2.49). Shipping is free for orders over €85.00.

Shipping costs to Austria are € 9.99, from an order value of € 120.00 shipping is free of charge.

To the rest of Europe the shipping costs are 14.99€ per order.

The delivery time is usually 3-7 days. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
Out of consideration for the environment, we do not offer free returns. Nevertheless, you can of course register a return by sending an e-mail to info@theclueclothing.de. We will share the costs for the return shipment.

After you have registered your return, we will provide you with a return label. As soon as we have received your return, it will be checked and we will refund the purchase price within 14 days after deducting the return costs of €2.99 to the payment method selected during the payment process.

Return shipping costs from abroad must be borne by the buyer.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
